Step 4： Cooling and Ejection plastic flower or tree

After the mold is full of material, we need to take time to cooling down the mold. Cooling is achieved by passing the cooling fluid through the channels around the mold. This can be water or other coolant. Once cooled, the product will spray out. Duirng cooling, the machine will use the cooling time to charge the material, so that we can shoter the cycle time.

The mold opens, and the leaves or flowers will be ejected down from the mold automatically. Then we can assemble it to be a plastic Christmas trees or plastic bottle flowers.
