Because to the person with weakened kidney function, they may not be able to filter out the aluminum metal fast enough.  So how to keep the casting aluminum cooking pot safe? The casting pot needs higher pressure to make sure the surface is without air inside. So that when we coat the Teflon, it will not separate with the pot.

Aluminum Pot production process

The production of Aluminum Pot requires the melting of raw aluminium alloys of the corresponding grades in a furnace, followed by the use of a cold chamber die casting machine to press the melted aluminium alloy into specially designed Aluminum Pot moulds, which are then cooled down and taken out by a Extractor.With our Aluminum Pot production line, we can automate the entire production process week after week.
Due to the fact that aluminium pots need to be coated with a smooth Teflon layer in the later stages to insulate the air, the main body of the pot needs to be densely constructed to ensure even heat conduction, for this reason, we will increase the runners in the design of the aluminium pot moulds and distribute a larger number of zip ties to exhaust the air.After the die casting process is complete, these parts need to be removed using a hydraulic press.
Afterwards, the aluminium pots are evenly coated and ready for the market!

How to procue the cooking pot ?

Step 1: Melt the aluminum

According to different product quality requirements, the aluminum alloy raw material is put into the molten aluminum. The furnace will melt the aluminum. The furnace have 3 types : Oil furnace, Gas furnace, Electrical furnace. 

Step 2: Feeding process

The automated ladle the appropriate weight of molten aluminium alloy material from the furnace for each cooking pan production run and pours it into the inlet of the die casting machine’s press chamber.

Step 3: Injection

Haichen cold chamber die casting machine injection unit will presses the molten liquid aluminium alloy into the mould rapidly, with higher press.

Step 4: Cooling & moulding

The mould thermostat connected to the mould starts to work to regulate the temperature of the product cavity to a suitable zone, and the cooking pot is shaped. Then the aluminum pot will be cooled inside of the mold.

Step 5: Open the mould & Extractor

The die-casting machine opens the pan mould, and the automatic extractor reaches between the moulds by the automatic door and takes out the finished products combined with the runner clamps.

Step 6: Spray & mold close

After the cavities have been emptied, the automatic sprayer atomises and evenly sprays the mixed release agent onto the two cavity surfaces of the mould, ready for the next cycle of production.
