Road stud castings, after cooling, are demoulded to remove excess material and cleaned and trimmed. The castings are then subjected to further heat treatment or other surface treatment processes to improve their performance and appearance quality.

After the cavities have been emptied, the automatic sprayer atomises and evenly sprays the mixed release agent onto the two cavity surfaces of the mould, ready for the next cycle of road studs production.
