This toy teapot is used to hold candies and is made of PP material. The mold design for the toy teapot is carefully designed, taking into account intricate features such as the spout, handle, and lid.

During the mold design process, we considered cost-effectiveness and placed the bottom cover and top cover of the teapot in one mold to produce it with a 2+2 cavity number, which improved production efficiency.

We make the body and handle of the teapot into two-cavity and four-cavity molds, respectively, depending on the size. For machine selection, we chose a 230-ton toy manufacturing machine from the Haichen HCK series.The result is a teapot with smooth surfaces, sharp edges, and fine details.
