Aluminium heater radiators, according to the center hole spacing are generally available in three sizes: 350mm,500mm, and 600mm.
Produce 350mm, one cavity with 300 tonnes. If this is your new project, you can do this program with a low total amount.
To produce 500mm, one cavity, you need 500 tonnes of machine. 500mm, two cavities, with 800 machines. But the machine has to be modified. The material of the tie rod should be changed, and the clamping mold should be increased to 1000T.
Produce a 600mm large-sized radiator, internal speculation steel tube, and two cavities with 800 machines. Produce 600mm, all-aluminum radiator, two cavities, with 1380 machines.
Pick-up machine: need with deflection function. 2 cavities, 800 tonnes, deflection degree 15 degrees.
Mould design
