Ultra quiet hydraulic circuit

The hydraulic circuit will be very important in the injection molding machine. The wrong hydraulic circuit will waste power and noise.

The injection molding machines’  hydraulic circuit starts from the Pump, including the hydraulic pipes, valve, cylinder, and filters.

Haichen adopts a multi-layer steel wire hose. The oil pipe adopts the fine-drawing bright pipe, so there is no electric welding in the clip sleeve link. In this case,e the oil will not be leaking. Also, Haichen reserves two or more neutron interfaces and, a quick tubing plug for a core puller.

The noise levels of the hydraulic circuit will be lower.

High-speed and high-pressure injection unit

During the whole production cycle, the materials will cool down after it injected out of the barrel of the injection molding machine.

The injection speed higher can make the materials will not cool down before they reach all of the corners of the mold cavity. So the injection speed is very important on the machine.

Haichen injection uses a high-precision linear guide rail to reduce the load of storage stable back pressure.

For the thin-wall products, the high-precision will be more important.

Enlarged mould clamping stroke to meet the requirement of a larger stroke.

The clamping stroke is just the same as the opening stroke of an injection molding machine.

This data is related to the final size of the products that can be produced. Especially to the containers. Some plastic containers are very deep, so they will need to open the mould wider after cooling. If it is too small, the deeper containers will be not taken out of the mould.

4 levels of injection speed, 3 levels of holding pressure, and 4 levels of metering stage can be set according to product requirements.

In optimal platen design, the elbow joint cast together with the platen improves the rigidity of the mechanical system, thus improving the dimensional accuracy of the product.

The clamping unit is a critical component of an injection molding machine, responsible for holding the mold halves together during the injection and cooling processes. It ensures that the mold remains securely closed under high pressure to produce high-quality molded parts. Here’s an overview of the clamping unit and its key features:

Functions of the Clamping Unit:

Mold Closing: Moves the mold halves together to form a sealed cavity.

Mold Clamping: Applies and maintains sufficient force to keep the mold closed during injection.

The Mold Opening: Separates the mold halves after the part has cooled and solidified.

Ejection: Facilitates the removal of the molded part from the mold.

Key Components of the Clamping Unit:

  • Toggle Mechanism or Hydraulic Cylinder:

Toggle Clamping: Uses a mechanical linkage system to amplify force for mold clamping. It is energy-efficient and fast.

Hydraulic Clamping: Uses hydraulic cylinders to directly apply clamping force. It offers greater flexibility and control.

  • Moving Platen:

The platen that moves to open and close the mold. It is connected to the clamping mechanism.

  • Fixed Platen:

The stationary platen that holds one half of the mold in place.

  • Tie Bars:

Metal rods that connect the fixed and moving platens, providing structural support and guiding the moving platen.

  • Ejection System:

A mechanism (hydraulic or mechanical) that pushes the molded part out of the mold after it opens.

  • Mold Height Adjustment:

Allows the clamping unit to accommodate molds of different sizes.

  • Clamping Force Adjustment:

Controls the amount of force applied to keep the mold closed during injection.
