The process of producing plastic crates by injection molding machines

Material preparation

Store the raw materials in storage or pre-match the colors and mix the masterbatch in a certain proportion.

Injection moulding

In this process, the prepared PP HDPE material is injection moulded by an injection moulding machine.

Injection moulding is carried out by an injection moulding machine, which injects the material into the mould.

Precise cooling control

After each cycle will determine the quality of the finished crate.

We use an air-cooled cooler for this process, and in addition, you can choose precise mould temperature control.

After opening the mould

The finished plastic crates are removed according to the different ejection forms.

This is a complete production process. Continuous circulation can continuously produce crates.
