Using plastic injection molding machine to produce socket plate. In addition to injection molding machines, there are some auxiliary machines to choose. If a client wants to produce socket plate, the product need first be split so that the right mold can be customized. Usually four molds are needed to produce the socket plate, there are base, cover cap, frame and wring box. And the raw materials used for each part are different, generally there are PC, ABS, PP raw materials.
Let’s use a base of about 19 grams as an example. Our Haichen 110 ton machine can do 4 cavities. General injection molding machine four cycles a minute, so the base of the socket can do 64 a minute. The other parts are about the same gram weight as the base, so they are also produced in four cavities by using 110ton injection molding machine. The clients can free to choose chiller, dryer, autoloader and crusher. If the clients want to do color mixing of the sockets, they can also choose to add the purchase of mixer.
