Design and Tooling:

Design:

  • The first step is to design the switch socket, considering factors such as material properties, mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and compatibility with other components.

Tooling:

  • Based on the design, a mold is created. The mold can create the exact shape and detail of the switch socket.

Material Selection:

  • The choice of material is crucial. For switch sockets, common materials are polycarbonate (PC), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), or other high-temperature resistant plastics due to their insulation and heat resistance.

Heating and Melting:
