Raw Material Preparation:

Choose a type of aluminum alloy block with uniform density, good thermal conductivity, good cold-setting properties, and strong hardness at room temperature to produce aluminum pots for cooking.

Alumina is further refined through electrolysis, which separates aluminum from oxygen atoms.

It is dissolved in a molten salt bath and an electric current is passed through the solution, causing the aluminum ions to migrate to the cathode, where they collect and form pure aluminum casting ingots.

You can also not use the mould temperature machine, only cooling water.

The bottom of the stainless steel sheet: aluminum pot bottom molding is with a pre-drilled hole, molding, and then go to the hydraulic press on the bottom of the stainless steel sheet pressed into.

The stainless steel bottom piece has special requirements: thermal conductivity + magnetic conductivity; the hydraulic press has a special, 1300 ton or so.
