Base of machine seat should tally with the drawing. The concrete should be high quality. The surface should be smooth. Please check with gradienter.

Attention: Screw down bolts after the concrete is hard.

Arrange well the cooling and power pipe work. The cable should leave away fused metal.

The cable should leave away melting furnace. The best way is put the cable into trench.

The power supply total capacity should more than 21kVA.

Measure installation level on guide rail: Longitudinal: 0.2/1000 Transverse: 0.2/1000

Earth the machine by electricians before power on in order to secure safety.

There are no uncovered and insulation failed electrification parts, wire and elements.

The pipe work should neither be used as ladder and footplate, nor underprop, there should no pull on pipe and connections.

Self-contained melting furnace by the client should apart from accumulator to prevent from heat radiation.
