Cold chamber die casting machine

The machine is a medium-sized horizontal cold chamber die casting machine for median-size die casts, such as aluminum, zinc copper alloy, etc. The machine is a universal die-casting machine with excellent performance, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and high efficiency.

It is the state-of-the-are die-casting machine in China and has been widely used in industries such as automobile, motorcycle, camera, telecommunication instrumentation, light fitting, aviation, wireless, building hardware, household appliances defense, etc.

This machine adopts advanced computer design software to optimize the design of mechanical movement parameters. A computer automatic sampling system is used to inspect product performance.

Finite element dynamic analysis is used for key part design for uniform stress on the die plate to avoid fatigue fracture. The box-type die plate and joined supporting structure are also adopted for better strength and rigidity, reasonable layout, and moving stability.

The basic structure of the machine comprises the die-closing system, the injection system, the hydraulic system, and the electrical system. The whole machine is formed by two parts, the die closing part and the injection part.

Closing System

The die-closing system adopts longitudinal symmetry oblique joint-double five-hinge toggle die-closing unit with large force amplification, its kinetic characteristic is natural and meets the requirement of the die-casting process. The speed of die opening and closing is fast, die closing is reliable, the impact force is small, and hydraulic control is simple and reliable.

There is an adjustable sliding support to reduce weight on the tie bar, and the second platen opens the mode guided by the tie bar on the frame.

In order to install die-casting dies with various thicknesses, the hydraulic motor-driven gear mold adjusting device for opening adjustment of the second and the first platen is adopted, and the tail seat makes mold adjusting movements on the frame guided by two hold-down strips.

The frame is welded by a steel plate, and a part of it is used as the oil tank of the hydraulic system. The machine has a compact structure, good appearance, and convenient maintenance and handling.

The injection support forms a guide rail with the guide hold-down plate, so the injection parts can move up and down to change the center. There are three adjustable positions, 0, 70, and 140 to meet the requirement of eccentric die casting.

The machine adopts a three-stage injection hydraulic system, “Slow-Fast-Increase” in three stages. The injection plunger pushes molten metal in the chamber slowly to fill the front end at the front edge of the gate. 2.

The injection plunger moves quickly to fill the die cavity, the fast injection accumulator is necessary for this stage. 3. The injection plunger moves forward to press metal till the speed of the plunger is reduced to zero, the intensifying accumulator is necessary for this stage.

The hydraulic components are famous imported products to guarantee the reliability of the machine, which has digitalization pressure flow adjustment and meets working requirements intelligently for energy-saving and noise reduction.

Electrical System

The electrical system adopts the imported whole computer control system and multiple CPU division processing systems. It is perceivable and easy to operate.

With multiple peripherals interface and electronic feet control system, its displacement control precision is high. The main components adopt imported brands that are stable and reliable.

The cold chamber die casting machine can realize the manual and the automatic operating system, and there is a large adjustable range beyond the standard specification for injection performance.

Guard Gate

The guard gate in the die-closing system can avoid scald by molten metal splashed from the die-casting mold die joint. In operation cycles of the machine, when the gate is closed, can fast injection be performed.

The automatic cycle is stopped as soon as the gate is opened, and fast injection is disabled. It is controlled by the travel switch of the guard gate for the interlock of the machine.

The machine has a cooling water system for cooling hydraulic oil, which consists of the cooler and pipeline, water in it must be clean tap water or fresh water.

The machine adopts automatic central oil lubrication, oil must be clean. 46# Antiwear hydraulic oil is recommended. Do not use other lubricants or the lubricating device may be blocked.

Safety Requirement

Technical parameters and performance design of the machine comply with GB/T B21269-2007 Cold chamber die casting machines, and safety requirement complies with GB 20906-2007 Safety requirements for high-pressure metal diecasting units, and electrical system design complies with

GB5226.1-2002/IEC60204-1:2000 Electrical safety of machinery – Electrical equipment of machines – Part 1: General requirements.
